Spaghete Bolognese

                                     Spaghete Bolognese
From time to time a meal in Italian style, even with a little romance does not hurt! Is not a difficult thing , you can cook at home , very easy in a short time .Today i wanna show you, how to cook spaghetti bolognese .

                                                                                   Ingredients :

-300 G spaghetti,
-300 G minced meat mixture
an onion,
-2 Cloves garlic,
-2 Tablespoons olive oil
-100 G mushrooms (fresh or canned)
a red pepper,
one teaspoon paprika
-100 G tomato paste,
a peak teaspoon oregano
a peak tsp basil
-salt
-ground black pepper,
-basil for decoration,
-grated parmesan cheese

Now i wanna show you, how to put the ingredients :
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in two tablespoons of oil with the addition of water .Must add the chopped mushroom and will filling with a little water when necessary.  Now put the peppers and carrots, which between you and me gives sweetness and flavor sauce. After boiling about 10 minutes must to put the minced meat and leave it to cook. Salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with sweet paprika and continue to simmer on low heat.When meat is almost fully cooked dilute tomato paste and pour over meat. Sprinkle with oregano and basil to taste.Boil pasta as directed on package them in salted water, put the water when boiling well.Spaghetti bolognese serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top and topped with basil.
Ensure a good red wine with the pasta  :) .
