Pasta with sauce of parsley, garlic and parmesan

Ingredients:
1 cup pasta grains
2 bunches of fresh parsley
1 clove of garlic
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame paste tahina
lemon juice, to taste
sea ​​salt
black pepper
chilli flakes
grated parmesan.

Boil pasta and drain the water. Prepare the sauce by mixing all ingredients (except parmesan) in blender. Pour sauce over pasta, mix well, then sprinkle with Parmesan.

Garlic Cream Sauce


This garlic cream sauce is a sauce that is cooked very quickly and that I turn to often, especially when I have the time needed for a gasket in food preparation.

Ingredients:
    200 ml cream
     4 cloves of garlic
     1 bunch of dill
     Pinch of salt
Mode of prepare: 
Crush the garlic and rub with a teaspoon of oil and a pinch of salt until it connects (becomes more creamy) and the color becomes white. Place garlic, cream and dill in a bowl and mix well. Optionally, this garlic cream sauce can put a teaspoon of lemon juice also cut a bit of nausea sauce.
For recipes fried food (containing much oil) is indicated to replace the cream with yogurt as sauce will be too fat. The garlic cream sauce is ideal for food recipes grilled or baked. Fried Octopus


Ingredients :
- An octopus
- 1 egg
- flour
- spices (garlic powder, salt, paprika, pepper)
- vinegar
How to prepare :

Stuffed Eggs

It's good to know that egg is better to use eggs filled with at least a week old, so very fresh eggs are very hard to clean (between membrane covering the egg and egg white is a bubble, which is very small when fresh egg, so peel off with all the fibers). Boil the eggs in salt water, at least 10 mind as to ensure that whites and yolks are hard.

 Ingredients:                                          
                                                                        6 eggs
                                                                        30 g butter

                                                                        parsley    

Boil eggs in cold water with a little salt. Allow to boil for 8-10 minutes, then drain the hot water and kept in cold water 1 minute. Peel and cut in half lengthwise.Remove yolks and sieve or pass with a fork. Mix butter whites, then add mustard and grated cheese. Season with salt, if necessary, pepper and who wants with paprika.Composition is put into a cone, then fill whites and garnish with parsley.

Eclair with Chocolate


                   Eclair with Chocolate and Whipped Cream
 Today i want to prepare you an eclair delicious with chocolate.This are my favorite cookies from childhood.
You will need the following ingredients: 
  
for husk :                         the vanilla cream :          for whipped cream :             for the glaze:
                                         
-150 ml water                   -  500 ml of milk                250 ml whipped cream           100g dark chocolate
-75 ml of oil                      - 100 g sugar                   3 tablespoons vanilla sugar      100 ml whipped cream
-100g flour                        -5 egg yolks                    1 sachet for cream hardener
 -3 eggs                             -50 g starch
                                         -1 vanilla pod

Boil water with oil. When we give away seething and immediately add flour stirring quickly. Let cool.Add the eggs one by one and incorporate them. Cover with cling film can still get crust and let it cool. Cut two eclairs and fill them with vanilla cream.Beat whipped cream until hardened. Hardener and add vanilla and beat until stiff. Put a layer of whipped cream over vanilla.Melt chocolate with whipped cream. Put in the refrigerator until the frosting hardens.Put two tablespoons of frosting in a bag, a punctured at one end and do a few lines of chocolate over frosting.After this another three hours in the refrigerator .
