Shrimp with Garlic
Shrimp with Garlic are a spanish traditional food .Is not a very complicated recipe, you can make this at your home .Today we cook for two servings , without much time spent, about 30 minutes.
You will need :
500 grams medium shrimp
1-2 red chillies
6 pieces garlic
6 pieces garlic
1/4 bunch parsley
1 tablespoon white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
a little olive oil

Preparation :
Clean the shrimp shell and head (you can find ready clean but more expensive), rinse them under running water and leave them in a colander.
In a mortar crush the garlic with a little coarse salt until it becomes smooth paste. Add slowly, stirring all the time, 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add the paprika, 2 tablespoons water and very finely chopped parsley. Mix this sauce.
Put that in a large pan (which contained shrimp in a single layer) oil enough to cover the bottom in a thin layer. Place chili and bay leaf in oil and slowly heat up.
Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. You will now work with heat to medium.
When the oil is well heated pan add shrimp (oil should sizzle loudly) and leave 30 seconds to fry. Turn on other side and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the garlic over them, stir quickly and then immediately add the wine and lemon juice. Let it just 30 seconds to boil and pull the pan from the heat.Serve immediately with fresh bread that will save any drop of delicious sauce. :) Bon Appetit
