Fish & Chips is a traditional English dish. Wipe fillets with a dry cloth.Pour beer into a deep bowl. Incorporate flour and stir gently (about 5-6 tablespoons) to get a consistency of pancake batter.1 teaspoon of salt and one of pepper and optionally with thyme and garlic powder.Mix remaining flour with a teaspoon of salt.Heat the oil to a high temperature. Use a large amount of oil to soak the fillets in full and avoid sticking Move the pieces of fish in flour and then in batter. Carefully drain excess batter fish flicking the side.Fry the fish until it gets a golden color. Remove the fish pieces and allow them to drain on a paper towel.
The fish is served with white vinegar sprinkled with chips and a pint of beer. :)
