Fish soup with pepper
A simple and delicious recipe for fish soup with peppers in: garlic, onion, yellow pepper, red pepper, carp fillet, butter or margarine, vegetable concentrate, saffron, salt and pepper.
You need the following ingredients
1 garlic
1 onion
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
500 gr. carp fillet (carp fillet)
10 gr. butter or margarine
1/2 l vegetable concentrated
saffron, salt and pepper.
Peel the garlic and onion, crush the garlic, finely chop onion. Peppers, seeded and ribs, cut into thin strips or cubes. Wash the fish and let it to dried and cut larger pieces.Prepare onion and garlic, then add the peppers and leave about 8 minutes. Pour vegetable broth, put the pieces over and let it boil. Add the spices, cover the pot with a lid and let the soup to simmer 5 minutes. Fish soup is served hot with mayonnaise mixed with cream and garlic.
"The French are doing the best" - so says a word. And it looks like exactly the fix applies especially when it comes to soups. Fish soup is a traditional French soup.
