Chicken Breast Sauteed in Mustard and Tarragon


             Chicken Breast Sauteed in Mustard and Tarragon
           Ingredients:
     two pieces of chicken breast;
     a medium white onion;
     5 cloves of garlic;
     3 tablespoons Dijon mustard (or other grains);
     one tablespoon + ½ cup chicken broth;
     two tablespoons honey;
     one tablespoon of fresh tarragon;
     two tablespoons of parsley;

Slice white onion and pressed by hand or knife and let the garlic then Dua free vegetables for 5 minutes.Heat a tablespoon of chicken broth in a saucepan steel / aluminum, then sauté onions for two minutes. While sauté onion, cut into 2cm pieces of chicken, and stir for 3 minutes, then add garlic pressed.
After a minute, add the mustard, half a cup of chicken broth and honey. Mix well, it gives the heat and leave for 7-8 minutes. The sauce will reduce and become more focused. Finally add the tarragon and parsley, blend one more time and the food is ready to be served.

Preparation time for 15 minutes.Bon appetit
