Tiramisu Cake

                
                           Tiramisu Cake with Cream Cheese
 Tiramisu is a traditional Italian dessert, a very delicious dessert and appreciated by Italian and more.What distinguishes it from other desserts is this intense coffee flavor that can not be confused. Another key to this cake is the wonderful taste of mascarpone cheese and flavored biscuits.Tiramisu is an Italian dessert indeed we can find in all self-respecting restaurant menus from around the world
 Preparation time: 30 min

Ingredients:
1 countertop cocoa cake,
3 tablespoons instant coffee,
 2 eggs,
100 g sugar,
2 cans of 200 gr cheese
cream or whipped cream 200 g
50 g cocoa
200 ml warm water

Dissolve coffee in hot water and let cool. In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar for 10 minutes with the mixer. Add the cream cheese and sour cream and blend another 10 minutes with mixer. Loosen dough in half. It insiropeaza bottom with half of coffee (compared exterior) and the other half with the remaining liquid (the inside). It covers the lower leaf with half the cream, overlaps other side of the leaf and cover with the rest of the cream. On seen over sift cocoa . Keep in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours before serving.
